Stage Selection & Bans
- Game 1: Striking from starter stages (1‑1‑1‑1)
- After Game 1: Winner bans 2 stages
- No DSR (players may counterpick a stage they previously won on unless otherwise stated by TOs)
Character & Controller Rules
- Character selection is free each game; winner must stay, loser may switch
- Players may configure controls before the match
- Bring your own controller if possible
- No macros, turbo, or modded controllers
Tournament Procedures
- Players must report to their station promptly when called
- Button checks must be done before the match begins
- Coaching is not allowed during games; limited coaching between sets only
- Unsportsmanlike behavior may result in penalties or disqualification
- All TO rulings are final
