 a prejudging session.\n\nWhat’s Prejudging?:\n\nPrejudging is for the ju
 dges to acknowledge techniques and/or efforts by reviewing the contestant
 ’s cosplay/costume in-person for up to 5 minutes. A contestant’s cospl
 ay proof can done as a portfolio or verbal description.\nPlease arrive at
