SUMMARY:Battletech - Operation Guerrero 3057
DESCRIPTION:New Canton – Chaos March 3057\n\nThe Federated Commonwealth i
s no more.  Archon Katrina Steiner has called all Lyran troops home and t
he 5th Lyran Regulars answered the call\, abandoning their post on Saiph a
nd Tall Trees.  In the power vacuum that followed ethnic armies have wres
ted for control and the systems have descended into chaos.\n\nTo quell the
destruction The Federated Suns has dispatched the First Kestrel Grenadier
s\, while the Capellan Confederation parried by deploying the 2nd McCarron
’s Armored Calvary – both elite units fanatically loyal to their house
.  Each force has managed to make drop and wrest a beachhead\, and are cu
rrently probing for the right time to strike.\n\nAgainst this Count Ludo B
alatine\, one of the last aristocracy of New Canton has declared himself G
overnor of the nascent Saiph Triumvirate\, a loose alliance of still feudi
ng worlds consisting of New Canton\, Saiph\, and Tall Trees – and has wa
rned the House forces that they must leave sovereign Triumvirate territory
or risk being annihilated by his coalition army.\n\nJoin us for an aftern
oon of a 3 way battle between these sworn foes.  Canon paint schemes play
ing on vintage GEO HEX terrain.  Depending on number of players we could
do as high as company on company or scale down accordingly.  First sessio
n will be 11am – 3pm with a short lunch break before resuming and going
until 7pm or whenever one side can claim victory.\n\nOutside of Codcon reg
istration this is a free event.
